About the Role
The Client Services Team is a busy and integral part of the business. The department is comprised of several diverse teams dealing with multi-channel customer contacts ranging from the simple to the complex. Whether the contact is from a multi-national vendor or a local dealer, the team provides a world class customer service and strives to deliver first time resolution.
As their Client Experience Advisor, you will provide one stop solutions for all your customers, via both inbound / outbound calls and email. These will incorporate existing customer queries and setting up new buyers and vendor accounts whilst ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance. The role also encompasses elements of data entry and the secure handling of client information in line with the data protection act and business standards.
They are looking for a confident individual who has excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate and engage key stakeholders. Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, you will be able to analyse data to highlight trends and drive agreed actions and have a positive and enthusiastic outlook to enable you to make a real difference.
With a strong customer focus, you will understand the importance of first time resolution and be able to complete tasks accurately and to deadlines. Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite as is the ability to prioritise effectively.
