Responsibilities
Working within the Customer Services team, the role comprises of providing excellent service levels to clients, suppliers and your work colleagues alike.

You will be expected to provide outstanding account management support in organising mailings and other job requirements stipulated by your clients.

You will need to manage your own workloads and apply a high degree of time management.

A high level of attention to detail is essential in order to produce the highest standard of work whilst working to deadlines. It is key that you continually update work progress on the Management Information Systems (MIS) as much as possible. Communication is key, both for external and internal interactions.

It is vital to have an intermediate understanding of calculating costs and margins for this role.

Main functions of this role are:
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients and understanding their needs
- Updating the MIS, as per the client's requirements with job information and writing clear and accurate instructions for all departments to follow
- Creating client quotations and implementing margins according to annual sends
- Ensuring revenue KPI targets are reached for each client managed
- To actively speak with clients to ensure mailings do not fall under the radar
- Providing clients with a 'new way of thinking' and advising more practical methods of mailing
- Creating and maintaining client files and managing any job changes
- Conducting and organising client visitations (due to COVID 19 - zoom or teams video conferencing should be used until restrictions ease)
- Daily updating of tasks on the MIS
- Communicating with colleagues, clients and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner and understanding their needs
- Maintaining good relations with suppliers and completing quoting exercises on a regular basis
- Resolving client and supplier queries

You will also be expected to update daily logs and maintain job files, email folders and network folders continually throughout your working day, to ensure our open communication policy is adhered to.

Other Duties
There may be times when you will be required to carry out other duties/tasks that are within your capabilities/training in order to meet the needs of the company.

Reporting
Clear communication at all levels is essential for this role.

Due to their location, own transport is essential

They offer a salary of £22-24,000 p.a which is negotiable depending on experience
