Claims handler = Based in London Aldgate Temporary to permanent role ( perm role 30k ) The company To work for a large global Insurance related corporate FTSE 100 company based in the Aldgate Area. The role This is a temporary to permanent role. To liaise with the general public, professionals and industry service providers in order to relay complex and industry-specific guidance on the role and remit of the FSCS. To handle general and claim specific enquiries via telephone, mail and email, providing a prompt, accurate and efficient service; dealing with all enquiries in accordance with client requirements within agreed timescales. To support other areas of the business in the provision of administrative and contact centre services relating to their specific markets. Making complex outbound calls and taking financial related calls from industry professionals and external clients. You will require knowledge of working in a financial or insurance related market due to the nature of this role. This is a busy call centre environment where you will working to targets and deadlines. The person You will have previous call centre/contact centre experience in a finance/insurance/accountancy environment You will have intermediate level in using word and excel You will have a good credit background due to the nature of this role you will be credit checked.
