Elevation Recruitment Groups Office Support is currently recruiting for a Certification Shipping Administrator to join a fast paced manufacturing business in Sheffield.
This is an excellent temporary opportunity for a duration of 3 - 4 months, with a view to be made permanent for the right candidate.
Primarily - Administration of certification for shipments to international customers.
*Certification of Shipments to international and customer standards requirements, ensuring no delay in shipments due to certification *Help host inspection visits by third party inspectors (assigned by customers and/or certification bodies) *Act as a point of daily contact for certification bodies *Report quality deviations to senior QA personnel *Implement established quality systems and procedures *Goods inwards inspection and documentation as required *Ensure that project and/or process control documentation is compliant with requirements and/or contract *Take part in any interdepartmental activities relating to the assurance of Quality *Administration of the plant Calibration system with other members of the team *Administration of the plant Quality system with other members of the team
