Permanent, Part Time (3.5 days, 17.5 hours per week)
Our client is an independent training provider that has been helping young people move forward with their lives for over 30 years.
They are now looking to appoint a Centre Administrator to join them on a part time basis for 17.5 hours per week.
Greeting and directing students / customers face to face and via the telephone, you will maintain excellent levels of customer service and support the Performance Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the centre. Maintaining effective reception / administration systems, you will be responsible for processing student’s bursary payments and registering them for appropriate qualifications with awarding bodies. You will maintain accurate records of student referrals, starts and leavers and keep records of expenditure.
This role demands a positive, bubbly and engaging individual who has strong communication skills and the ability to provide an excellent level of customer service. Highly motivated, innovative and solution focused, you will have a sound grasp of own literacy, numeracy and IT and be able to work well under pressure.
Those who have reception or administration experience will be of distinct advantage, as will those who hold a Level 2 Business Administration qualification.
The welfare of their students is paramount therefore the successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check.
