Making and receiving telephone calls to customers and suppliers, you will deliver an outstanding customer service.

 

All they ask is that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail and effective time management skills. With 5 grade A-C GCSE’s to include English and Maths (or equivalent), you will have a strong customer focus and previous data entry experience. With a friendly yet professional telephone manner, you will be committed to delivering a high quality service and be a team player who can make a real difference.

 

Their starting salary is £15,000 rising to £16,680 on completion of 6 month probation period.

 

After gaining knowledge of the industry, you will have the opportunity to advance further in your career and earn up to £19,715.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 17:00 or 09:00 until 17:30.
