A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Car Sales Administrator with our client's franchise approved Main Car Dealership based in Treforest!

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Reporting to the Automotive General Manager and working alongside a team of other Car Sales Administrators, in this role you will work be responsible for providing a pro-active support to the sales team in the function of Car Sales Administration. You will…

* Organise, schedule and diarise workload to ensure all paperwork is accurate & completed on schedule.
* Taxing and invoicing new and used vehicles.
* Raising purchase order and internal requests for maintenance work required.
* Inputting stock details on our client's computer system.
* Liaising with sales staff to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a very high standard.
* Working closely with group dealers and customers to ensure payment is received on time.
* Perform general ad hoc duties as required.

APPLICANT SPECIFICATION:

The successful candidate would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Pinewood Pinnacle preferable). Prior or present experience working as a Car Sales Administrator would be essential for our client at this stage.

PACKAGE DETAILS:

For your hard work our client is offering…

* Starting basic salary of up to £20,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
* 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the bank holidays.
* Contributory workplace pension scheme.
* Full in-house and manufacturer approved training.
* Fantastic long-term career prospects with an established business in the local region.

You are required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a half hour lunch break.
