Automotive Sales Administrator required in Christchurch
Salary - Dependent on Experience
Hours :Monday to Friday 8:30am til 5:30pm
We are currently looking for an experienced automotive Sales Administrator for our client's busy Prestige Main Car Dealership in Christchurch.
Candidates must have previous experience within an Automotive Sales Administrator role; responsible for vehicle and stock ordering, stock control, taxing and invoicing for vehicles and products. You will also be required to assist with delivery arrangements where required and liaising with customers.
The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin department providing assistance to the sales department and business development managers.
This is a particularly busy dealership so to succeed in this role you must thrive in a fast-paced, pressured environment, with the ability to prioritise a heavy and ever-changing workload. You must have excellent attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines to support our extremely successful sales team;
Previous motor industry, accounts based background or retail knowledge is preferable however full training, specific to the role will be provided.
