Sales Administrator required for a new car dealership near Gatwick, Surrey.
Salary up to £27,000 OTE, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) which with 3 years service increases to 30 days.
We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced automotive Sales Administrator for their busy car dealer near Gatwick.
The ideal candidate for the role will be accustomed to all administration practices for a car sales department, such as registering vehicles and used DVLA centralised systems, invoicing, purchasing and bringing vehicles into stock. You will be creating, completing and signing off customer deal files, ensuring all documentation is correct and ready at all times for internal and external audits and all other general administrative duties within the role. You must have at least 2 years experience within a sales administrator position

Experience in a motor trade sales administration
Ability to be very well organised, good with people and patient, and possess a ‘can do’ attitude
Kerridge/ADP/CDK experience ideal
Holder of a valid, full UK drivers licence
