They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Call Handler to join their team based in Milton Keynes.
Within the role, you will take incoming calls from tenants, arranging appointments and raising orders as necessary. You will guarantee are recorded on the system and that orders are scheduled in an efficient manner. Managing potential complaints and challenging customer service queries, you will ensure all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner. In addition, you will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the branch whilst working well within our team/ all branch staff making certain all targets are achieved.
In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience within Social Housing coupled with knowledge of the filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems.
With previous experience of working to tight deadlines within a busy office environment, you should be an experienced user of MS Word and Excel and will have experience of data entry and calculations. You will also be an excellent communicator and preferably hold knowledge of maintenance in the public sector.
