An exciting opportunity for a Planner in the responsive repair and maintenance section has arisen to join our team based in London reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager.
Within this role, you will take calls from tenants, arrange appointments and raise orders appropriately. This will involve identifying the correct schedule of rates codes for the work and logging the appropriate appointment slots on the Mears and the Client’s software system.
You will identify and escalate priority issues and route any calls to appropriate sources and will follow up customer calls where necessary.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous Planning experience coupled with strong customer service skills and experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment.
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths, you will have experience of working with computerized systems, including data entry and calculations within the building maintenance arena. With knowledge of filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems, you will also have knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
