Who are we looking for?
Available for full-time employment
You must have an excellent telephone manner and ability to hold meaningful conversations.
Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Have excellent organisation skills
A desire to succeed in your role within a target driven environment
The ability to empathise is essential
A passion and motivation for working to given daily targets
Aspects of the role will include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers with Health & Mobility issues
Securing outstanding quality appointments for our Field Sales Agents to attend
Working to exceed given daily / weekly targets
Full ongoing training and support from our experienced leadership team
Package / Benefits
£15,000 per year basic
An uncapped bonus structure that has our agents taking homeover £18,000 per year!
Excellent holiday allowance of 33 days per year
Opportunities for progression within in the business from CC Operative to Senior CC Operative or even Team Leader.
