2 x full time positions and 1 x part time (20 hours per week) position available
Central London
We are the nursing and midwifery regulator for England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Islands. We exist to safeguard the health and wellbeing of the public by setting standards for education, maintaining a register of nurses and midwives and investigating those whose fitness to practise is called into question.
The Registrations Centre plays a vital role in the registration process dealing with in excess of 2,000 calls each day in an intensive highly professional department.
Successful applicants will be expected to provide information on registration processes, solve registration problems, deal with complaints and switchboard enquiries and ensure the NMC maintains a professional image.
