Call Centre Manager is needed to develop a small telesales team implementing daily telesales activities and campaigns in a fast-moving business.
This is a busy Call Centre operation supplying product to a local client base placing orders daily for next of even same day delivery.
Main parts of the role include:
·Managing all aspects of a small team of Telesales people
·Ensuring daily call plans are achieved
·Working closely with your team on pricing and margins
·Supporting external sales team
·KPI management and regular reporting
What we are looking for is a Call Centre Manager who can connect quickly with an experience telesales team in a fast-moving environment where decisions sometimes need to be made quickly. You must be good with numbers and using IT systems and are able to influence and motivate your team whether they are under pressure or not.
