The Role

We are looking for excellent Call Centre Advisors to join our award winning, FTSE 250 company. On a day-to-day basis you will be fielding calls from our customers who will have queries, questions or concerns around the products and services they have signed up for. Whilst the majority of calls will be inbound, there will be the occasional outbound call but these will be to our current customers.

Questions around training? We're committed to helping you develop a long and rewarding career with us. You will go through a rigorous training program learning our systems, products, services and how we treat our customers. Our standard working week is 40 hours across 5 days between Monday to Saturday. Our shift patterns are: 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4.30pm Saturday. We provide you with four weeks notice of your shift patterns so that there is plenty of time for you to arrange your personal life to achieve that work life balance.

You will be required to work every other Saturday as part of your standard shifts.

Your starting salary will be a competitive £19,500. And you'll be able to earn monthly bonuses too - up to 25% of your salary. You'll also benefit from 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), free parking, an annual salary review, share options, an additional Christmas Bonus, staff discount, subsidised canteen and much more!
