This employer are an independent home store based in the heart of Waltham Cross. They have a huge range of stunning on-trend products and designs. Are you an enthusiastic and versatile buying office supervisor with leadership skills? Do you have furniture experience? Do you live within a commutable distance to Waltham Cross and adaptable to working within an office environment under Covid workplace guidelines?

To take the lead of their busy buying office, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the product supply chain from point of order and acknowledgment, right through to container deliveries and order chasing.
- Maintaining pricing across our wide product range.
- The set up and loading of new products into our system.
- Responding to queries from our busy sales floor, suppliers and customers.
- The administration of extended warranties.
- General office administration.

Desired skills
- The ability to work well under pressure, lead the team, manage workflows & take ownership of the department.
- An adaptable, dynamic & quick thinker.
- Previous leadership experience within a similar environment.
- Deliver first class customer service.
- Industry & management experience.
- An excellent communicator with impeccable grammar & spelling along with exceptional organisational skills.
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills.

The salary for this role is on OTE basis of £40k PA including the Company bonus scheme.
Regular Saturday working as part of a 40-hour working week.
They have a staff car park free of charge and are also close to local rail/bus links.
