Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
A forward-thinking business who have had tremendous growth over the last three years are currently recruiting for a Buyer.
Recently, they have brought on some major new blue-chip clients and now need an experienced Buyer with a high level of transactional knowledge to join their team.
In your role as a buyer, you will undertake a series of daily tasks which will cover stock and non-stock items to be sourced, obtain quotes for new items and amend PIR's (Purchase Information Records).
Your role will be targeted around sourcing products from the preferred list of vendors, although as part of the quotation process you may need to approach other vendors to get the best price.
They are looking for someone who is a self-starter and able to use their own initiative to help source new products, using various knowledge databases, colleagues, strategic procurement team members and the occasional use of the internet.
Salary for this role is £23,000 - £30,000, dependent on your level of experience.

08.00 to 17.00, with 1 hour for lunch Mon to Fri
