They are looking for a dynamic, accomplished and people-friendly Business Support Officer to provide professional support services to the Board and its Committees and the Executive Team.  Their current officer has done so well she has been promoted to a manager position.

This is a critical and high-profile role. You will demonstrate the highest personal standards of integrity and conduct and actively support the leadership in a way that brings out the best in people at all levels of the business.  You will have a background in supporting improved service delivery and the gravitas to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. 

Through the leadership of the Chief Executive and Directors Group you will provide a stable and structured service with systems and processes that create great governance.  This includes high quality administrative support to enable their Company Secretary to be the best they can. 

They pride themselves on building and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders - the post holder will be expected to seek out, develop and support key stakeholder relationships that add value to their vision and goals.

Ideally with a professional or business qualification, and with experience gained in a relevant role in a complex regulated organisation, candidates must have the ability to apply sound judgement and manage a range of competing priorities in an ever-changing environment.  Strong secretarial and organisational skills are essential as is knowledge of the regulatory landscape applicable to the housing association sector.
