An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Business Support Officer to join them in Enfield.
Within this role, you will act as the first point of contact for and provide general business support and customer resolution on behalf of Property Services. You will work with various teams within Property Services and colleagues across other parts of the business to ensure the business objectives are met, undertaking various activities such as complaints management and resolution as well as diary management and liaison
You will also be responsible for the assessment and co-ordination of training requirements for new starters and existing staff, management of the fleet, the production of presentations and proposals with the overall objective of supporting business delivery.
This position requires strong organisational and communication skills giving you not only the opportunity to become involved in a number of projects but enabling you to develop key personal skills.
In addition, you will be expected to support the Senior Management Team of MHM in running and organising the work of the Business. Specifically, this will include support to the Registered Providers (Housing Association) companies.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have substantial relevant office experience along with a degree level qualification or equivalent. You should be customer focussed and sales driven and will be able to accurately compile and submit official reports and returns. You should demonstrate the ability to manage business correspondence effectively as well as being able to manage and minute meetings.
It is also important that you are IT literate, utilising a variety of software packages, and will have a dynamic approach to problem solving.
