We are recruiting for a first class Business Support Manager to join a incredibly busy organisation with a hands on approach to manage the Internal Sales and Customer Care teams. This will include driving sales to new and existing customers and ensuring timely orders and resolution of queries and complaints. The Business Support Manager is required to have proven sales management and staff management skills and experience. Thls is to the lead the team and ensure customers have exceptional service from receipt of an order through to successful delivery.

  • Providing strong line management as well as supporting the team with day to day key accounts and new sales administration.
  • You will also need to manage Customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory, timely resolution
  • Leading a diverse team to deliver a outstanding service to customers both internal and external
  • Establishing best practices for the teams so they can perform their roles efficiently and to a high standard
  • Ensure training is provided for the team as well as managing ongoing customer relationships
  • Working with other departments as necessary
  • Lead by example and ensure the highest standards of customer care and attention to detail
  • Regular performance reviews and 1-2-1's
