Our client is the UK’s leading provider of support services to the legal sector with more than 900 people based in 50 client sites. They provide quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.
Our client is seeking an experienced people Manager to support and manage a team of 13 staff. This role will be based in Bath with regular travel to London. It’s essential you love client liaison, people management and confident with producing reports and analysing data.
Delivering exceptional service to Lawyers and Secretaries, working to agreed SLAs and KPIs
Health and Safety across all sites
Recruitment, coaching, training and development of the team
Production of comprehensive reports, analysing of data for presentation to the client
Day to day HR activities, including performance management
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Identifying where the administrative support service could be improved
Profit and loss
For this role our client is looking for an experienced manager who has superb client care experience and skills and also someone who is confirm writing and producing reports and data. This role is based in Bath and will be managing teams based in both Bath & London, so regular travel is important. This is managing 13 staff across 2 (possibly 3 locations)
