Part of the group is an award winning multi-disciplinary property services specialist offering market-leading expertise in gas heating and electrical installations, building maintenance and renewable energies to clients nationwide.

They are now looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to join them to provide administrative and clerical support for operational managers within the planned work and responsive repairs teams within property maintenance.

Assisting in the delivery of an effective and efficient responsive repairs service for all customers and stakeholders of the Trust, you will input and track order repairs repair orders from Issue to completion; liaising with the contact centre and tenants regarding repair issues, chasing up repair enquiries, handling complaints, making appointments and communicating with operatives, supervisors and customers. 

Filing, checking and retrieving information both manually and via computerised systems, you must assist in providing a reception and telephone service for the full range of functions carried out at the maintenance depot and manage and update IT systems including Mi Housing.

With a full range of administration experience, candidates must be able to use the range of Microsoft Office software (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) and be capable of working to deadlines and prioritising work effectively.  Able to communicate with a wide range of internal and external customers, you will be a flexible team member and have a strong commitment to high quality customer service.

Hours of work: 40 per week (Mon – Fri, 8am – 6.30pm, Saturday morning when required)
