A Business Process Manager is required by our client based in Northamptonshire. As the Business Process Manager, you will be required to use the available resources to optimise the productivity and output of the business. This will need to be measured by the standard industry metrics.

The ideal candidate will use both digital and off-line solutions to monitor, oversee, analyse, evaluate, redesign and implement improvements to business processes. You will need proven experience in improving business processes using technical, strong project management and leadership skills. You will need to understand key regulatory and commercial requirements of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, detect, and create business processes to assist with accomplishing business goals.
Measuring and monitoring, as well as provision of feedback on performance of business processes.
Apply knowledge acquired on business process modelling notations to various forms of documenting processes.
Analyse business steps and processes
Lead the redesigned workshop processes.
Facilitate organisational process workshop involving liaising with users and process requirements.
Educate business users that are responsible for the operation and management of business processes.
Support development of products, systems, processes and identify efficiency improvements.
Project Manage the implementation and documentation of new products and services
Work with the management team to meet the business objectives

Skills:
Proven knowledge within business management
Previous Financial/Insurance background
Developed and implemented change techniques
Discover and establish new business processes
Benchmark, design, analyse and model the business processes
Previously constructed a business process methodology toolbox
Ability to establish and govern business process to excel performance
Facilitate business process and support other members of staff towards attaining the business process goal.
