A great role for an independent and target focused field sales person. Working for a leading training provider in this role you will be recruiting adult learners on to the companys training and development programs. This is a field based role covering the West Midlands. You will be visiting potential learners in their homes and work places as well as dealing with them over the telephone. The area covered is the West Midlands. As well as enrolling learners on to courses you will also have to carry out skills testing (for which you will receive full training. In order to succeed in this role you will need: A positive and assertive attitude Great organizational skills A full clean driving licence and your own car (full mileage expenses will be paid). Excellent Interpersonal skills. The ability to work on your own initiative. Target and results focus. Additionally previous field sales experience and experience or knowledge of adult learning will be an advantage. In return we can offer a basic salary of £16 - £18,000 plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.
