My rapidly expanding client are seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST to join a friendly and forward thinking firm based in Channel Islands (Guernsey) This exciting role offers an excellent salary between £40k - £50k per Annam. To promote the strategic policy of the Company To contribute and support tactical improvements to the day to day operations To develop and maintain an effective working relationship with colleagues To co-operate with colleagues to promote an open and supportive environment To carry out their duties in a careful and professional manner OBJECTIVE & ROLE The Business Analyst is expected to support the Service Level Manager in the implementation of new technologies with particular focus on the configuration, training, support and testing processes. KEY RESULT AREAS To support the implementation of the Technology program by optimising the configuration of each release in response to user requirements. To support the release of robust software using clear and thorough testing, release and training documents. To maximise the adoption of new software through supportive and responsive training. STAFFING SPECIFICATION Good command of both spoken and written English. Highly numerate and analytical Ability to gain commitment of individuals with judicious use of interpersonal and influencing skills. Full knowledge of funds administration supported by relevant professional qualifications. Analysis developed in areas of idea creation, analysis and recommendation. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Ongoing professional development courses to support vocational qualifications.
