JOB ROLE: Business Development Executive – Home based

AREA: Ripon or surronding areas

HOURS: 40pw Monday - Friday

SALARY: 26K-27K PA + Company Car + Bonus

As business development Executive the main purpose of your job will be to maximise the sales and profit potential for my client, a market leading wholesale catering supplier.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching and canvassing products and services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
  • Compliance of all aspects of the company’s health and safety and the business and quality management system, including the food safety procedure HACCP
  • Prompt and appropriate actions when an account becomes under threat from a competitor
  • Personally, calling on existing customers and building excellent reports
  • Administration and reports
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • The knowledge of competitors in the area
  • Reporting to the company’s Sales Manager
  • To project and always maintain the company’s image and standards. You will be the face of the company and an integral part to this family run businesses success!

SKILLS

  • Strong communication and IT knowledge
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • Efficiency
  • Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Sales background
  • Good with numbers
  • Target driven
  • Full driving license
