I am currently recruiting for a prestigious client based on the outskirts of Maidstone who are currently recruiting for a Broker Assistant. The role will be working as a Broker Assistant within a team of approx 6 people. On a daily basis the successful candidate will be handling a high volume of calls and enquiries from internal and external customers. The Broker Assistant will work alongside the Sales Team, supporting and working closely with 2 allocated Sales Managers and assisting them in managing their Brokers who are on their panel. The role will be the first point of contact, assisting the sales manager in bookings appointments, providing contact details with the business, directing and chasing quotation enquiries and collating the Broker profile information via their central system. As a Broker Assistant you will be responsible for your own panel of brokers and you will be tasked with developing these relationships and delivering positive growth on these accounts. You will be required to get involved on outbound telesales campaigns and follow up on monthly marketing E-Bulletins.
