Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm
You will provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
You are responsible for chasing work to ensure the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising as necessary. Respond positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs. Answer customers' questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon.
In addition to this you will check all documents for accurate completion, maintain all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis and store records logically for ease of retrieval.
You will liaise with the management team to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings. Produce invoices for completed work and explain the content to customers. Ensure bookings and appointments are managed efficiently and establish customers drop off, collection requirements and arranging alternative transport if required.
