An exciting opportunity exists for a Body Shop Advisor to join our team in our Body Centre in Hanley Stoke-on-Trent.  You will have a proven track record in customer satisfaction & team working.  You will have the responsibility to meet both work provider service level agreements and company standards in a body shop environment.

Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the key responsibilities of the roles are as follows:

 

  • Dealing with customer requirements for vehicle repairs
  • Managing all communication via telephone, email and face to face in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles,
  • Liaise with the workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer’s vehicles.

 

The ideal candidate should be confident, enthusiastic, have drive, ambition, and be highly motivated with a vibrant personality with lots of enthusiasm, whilst providing excellent customer service. They will be computer literate and hold a full UK driving license. Previous motor trade experience is not essential as full training will be given. This is a Monday to Friday position with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
