Blended Team Manager
£17,000 - £20K
Greater Manchester
Our Market leading Manchester based client are currently looking to recruit a Blended Sales Team Manager.
With a passion for people and customers Team Managers will have an ongoing responsibility to develop, engage and motivate their team to improve our clients customers experience, ensuring that the needs and expectations of the customer are met or exceeded first time, every time.
You will have first line responsibility for a team of 15 - 20 Customer Service Advisers. you will ensure that all team and individual targets are met through continuous motivation of your team members ensuring that they have all the necessary information and resources to carry out their roles.
The following knowledge, skills and experience are essential for the role;
· Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team 12- 15 Both Inbound and Outbound advisors
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· The ability to manage change and capacity to work flexibly.
· Proven track record of achieving goals and financial objectives including excellence in customer satisfaction.
· Experience of leading, motivating and managing a Sales Team.
· Commercial awareness and business knowledge.
· Technical knowledge.
· Excellent coaching skills.
