Business Development Manager (Full time) South East London

£16.5 plus public transport ( £1200) or car allowance (£2400) OR a combi of both £1800 plus OTE

To work as a field sales Executive for a company who specialise in offering money transfer services.

The role

To work as a field sales executive who sells transfer money services to business merchants in the London areas of Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich and Tower hamlets.

Fluent in English. Any other language ( African Dilects or Punjabi,Urdu,polish, gujarati ) will be an asset.

Successful candidates will be able to start ASAP.

Main Responsibilities:
New business development (to include, agent recruitment, and on-going support);
Implement and develop a network and business growth strategy within the designated area;
Build long term relationships with agents to ensure agent loyalty, transaction and revenue growth;
Interaction with management and other sales staff to foster cross regional experience;
Participate in field activities (to include attending localised marketing campaigns) to ensure agent
network growth and development of optimal agent performance.

The Person
Driving licence is a must.
Fluent in English. Any other language ( Asian and/or Polish ) will be an asset
The ideal candidate should have up-to 3 years experience in managing clients within the consumer service industry in the UK and have a proven record of new business development or a passion for developing a career in field sales.
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet);
A University Degree is an advantage, but not a necessity;
