£22,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to work for a multi-franchise main dealer site in Canterbury.
Join the team as a Warranty Administrator and you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will assist our Aftersales Managers with a wide range of duties including submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims, applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, monitor warranty reports, assist in achieving industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry guidelines. You must be computer literate and have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade, ideally with a main dealer for 2-3 years.
