Motor Trade Service Advisor
Pontyclun
£19,500 Basic £22k OTE - Depending on Experience
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturdays (Paid Overtime 1.5) 8am - 1pm on Rota

We are on the look out for an experienced Service Advisor to join a small but busy dealership in the Pontyclun area, commutable from Cardiff, Cowbridge and Bridgend.

This is a fast paced and busy role where you’ll take responsibility for your customers, acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever they visit us to get their car serviced, or when they need help or advice with the up keep of their vehicle.
You will also keep them updated throughout the repair of their vehicle. When the work is complete you will be responsible for taking payment and selling any additional products that may be of benefit to the customer which can include retention products.

About you:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Pinnacle or other DMS Systems
Excellent telephone and face to face communication
Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
