Automotive Service Administrator required in Middlesbrough
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator to work within our client's busy aftersales department in Middlesbrough. To be considered you must have administration experience, with knowledge of Kerridge ideally within a Main Dealership environment and in the service department.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Service department enabling them to continue providing an excellent level of customer service. You will work to a structured process preparing invoices using the company costing systems and accurately recording vehicle service histories as well as providing general support for the Service Advisor's including customer enquiries. You will be expected to cover Service Advisor cover when necessary.
