Automotive Service Administrator
Lincoln
Basic of up to £24,000k + OTE
Monday – Friday 8:00am to 17:00pm (Saturday 1 in 4 - 8.00am-12.00pm)

A busy and thriving Main Dealer Franchise in Lincoln is looking to recruit an organised individual to join a team that is looking to push even further forward.

This dealer group has a fantastic reputation across the area with multiple sites, that will offer you Company and Manufacturer training from the beginning, meaning you will have the support required to do your job smoothly and successfully.

You will form part of a Service Department who deal with customer bookings for vehicle service & MOTs and you will be responsible for the administration and follow-up calls.

In order to be considered you must have:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Experience making and answering telephone calls in a customer-focused environment
- Good IT skills
- A good understanding of excellent customer service

Motor Trade experience would be a benefit but is not essential, however we'd like to see loyalty and stability in your employment history. If you have used Kerridge before this would be a significant advantage.
