Motorcycle Service & Aftersales Advisor required for Motorbike Dealer in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

£21,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our Client's Motorcycle Dealership in Cambridge as an Aftersales Advisor / Aftersales Executive. This role involves being the main point of contact for customers whose motorcycles require service and repairs.
Booking customer motorcycles in for service / MOT / repair;
Liaising with the workshop and customer regarding work required;
Organising paperwork with the customer and ensuring all contact details are correct
Explaining any work required to the customer to gain authorisation, ensuring they fully understand work that has/ will be carried out;
Dealing with any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
Motor industry service / aftersales experience is a must, experience within the Motorcycle industry specifically is highly beneficial. This would suit someone with a passion for motorcycles and ideally a full motorcycle driving licence.
