Our clients, a Main Dealership based in Middlesex, are looking for a Fleet Sales Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to collate and record information accurately and maintain accurate records. You will be logical and systematic as well as being able to set priorities and work with an effective Time Management. Motor Trade experience is essential for this vacancy.
Respond to all email alerts in the agreed time stipulation
Day to day maintenance of vehicle ordering systems
Ordering of products on the manufacturers system
Ensure prompt payment by following procedures
Assist Department Managers
Answer the phone to ensure a prompt response to all customers
Monitor and continuously achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction
