Automotive Fleet Administrator required in North Yorkshire

Commutable from: Bridlington, Driffield, Malton, Market Weighton, Pickering, Scarborough, Thirsk, York

Salary in the region of - £18,500 - £19,500 per annum
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Progress Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Fleet Sales Administrator on behalf of our client an established main car dealership in North Yorkshire.

As an experienced Fleet Sales Administrator you will be responsible for vehicle ordering, stock control, taxing and invoicing for vehicles being sold by the dealerships fleet department. You will also be required to assist with delivery arrangements where required leasing with the manufacturer, fleet company or broker and customer.

The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin department providing assistance to the fleet sales executive. Candidates should thrive in a busy environment and work well under pressure.

You will need to be: Organised, friendly and helpful, flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list, detail oriented and accurate, trustworthy and reliable Self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator, good with English (verbally and written), proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office), able to work in a team.

Experience with in a Fleet Sales Administrator role is preferable however our client will also consider applications from candidates with Sales Administrator experience looking for their next career move. Experience using Dealer Management Software, particularly Kerridge, is an advantage, as is AFRL training.
Applicants must have recent Motor Trade Main Dealer Sales / Fleet Administration experience.
