Corporate Administrator Required for Prestige Main Dealer in West Drayton
Mon- Fri 8.30-5.30
No Weekends!
£23k-£25k Basic + Bonus

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Administrator on behalf of our client, based in West Drayton, Middlesex

As an experienced corporate Administrator you will be responsible for providing support and administrative assistance to the Department. Vehicle ordering, stock control, taxing and invoicing for vehicles being sold by the Department. You will also be required to assist with delivery arrangements where required liaising with the manufacturer, fleet company or broker and customer.

The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin department providing assistance to the fleet sales team. Candidates should thrive in a busy environment and work well under pressure.

You will need to be: Organised, friendly, helpful, flexible and able to prioritise a changing to-do list. A self-motivated, detail-oriented, accurate, trustworthy and articulate communicator, good with English (verbal and written), proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office) and able to work in a team.
Experience with in a Fleet Sales Administrator role is preferable however our client will also consider applications from candidates with Sales Administrator experience looking for their next career move. Experience using Dealer Management Software, Kerridge experience is essential as is AFRL training.
