Automotive Centre Host/ Rental Administrator required in Portsmouth
Competitive salary depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Weekends on a Rota Basis TBC.
Due to exciting company development, our client, a Main Car Dealer in the Portsmouth area are for a Rental Administrator/ Centre Host to join their successful team.
Duties will include:
Meet and Greet all visitors into he dealership
Updating in-house computer systems and producing rental agreements
Processing payments and driver qualifications and ID checks necessary for Rental Vehicles
Produce Rental quotations
Monitor the daily rental operations of the business
The right candidate will:
Be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines working in a busy office environment
Have a flexible approach to work
Have a confident telephone manner and be good with external customers
Be able to work well on own initiative and as a member of the team
Have strong administration skills, being competent with computing/media technology and the ability to organise and prioritise work.
Have a proven track record working in a similar role within the automotive industry
Be a team player with bags of personality and can take dealing with customers in their stride.
