About the role

Audi On Demand is a brand new and exciting service which Lookers are proud to bring to the market. Our customers will now have the fantastic opportunity to have a short term rental of our vehicles and this role ensures that the customers are receiving a premium service throughout their journey from delivery to collection of their vehicles. The Team Leader, with the support of their team, will be responsible for driving customer loyalty as the face of the company. You will work closely with other departments within the Audi division to ensure seamless customer focused goals are consistently reached.

About You

You will be outgoing, ambitious and have a passion for the Audi products. As this is a new role, it is important that the candidate is a self-starter who possesses exceptional organisation and time management skills and has great attention to detail. You will have a minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role as well as being confident in training and mentoring a newly established team to consistently develop rapport and delight customers. Being the Team Leader, you will contribute to quality and process improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and experience, whilst having the ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.

Please Note: A full clean driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years and a willingness to work on a flexible schedule according to customer volume which will include evenings and weekends
