About the role

Working within our busy Chelmsford Land Rover dealership, your role as a will be as Assistant Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor to develop and manage the performance of your Service team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience whilst implementing plans to optimise the full profit potential of the department.

About You

You will have experience gained from a similar role within the automotive industry as well as having a full and valid UK licence. You will be someone who has excellent communication skills and can demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner. Experience working in a similar role with the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities along with strong organisation skills and an eye for detail is also important. This is the perfect opportunity for a customer focused individual with an uncompromising attitude to delivering customer service and looking to progress in their career.


Previous experience of supervising a team is highly advantageous with the ability to train, coach and motivate the Service team to develop them to their full potential.
