We have an Assistant Office Manager post based in our offices in Portslade, Sussex.
The role is to carry out general office duties as instructed by the Office Manager. This role will be focused on raising sales invoices, processing purchase invoices and tracking unpaid invoices within the Archaeology South-East bespoke database system.
Other duties include: dealing with telephone/personal enquiries from clients and staff, booking staff accommodation and handling invoice queries. There is also a need to maintain computer records using databases/spreadsheets, and assist staff with all aspects of general office procedures and equipment.
Key Requirements: The successful candidate should be educated to GCSE Level, have good computer skills in both word and excel and some administration experience.
