They are looking for an Apprentice to join them where you will provide administrative and clerical support for the Business Support Team and Responsive Repairs Teams within property maintenance. This is a two-year fixed term contract.

Within the role you will input and track repair orders from issue to completion, using all available IT systems whilst filing, checking, recording and retrieving information both manually and via computerised systems, ensuring records are accurate at all times. Communicating with operatives, supervisors and customers, you will liaise with contact centre and tenants regarding repair issues and will provide appropriate administrative support for all sections.

You will also train to assist in providing a reception and telephone service for the full range of functions carried out at the maintenance depot.

As the successful candidate you will have GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English. With a knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working within a team, you will have effective telephone skills and basic numerical skills. The ability to use your initiative is key as is having a high attention to detail, but what is also important is that you have a strong commitment to high quality customer service.
