Apprentice Administrator – Student Services ASKA52401 York £7.63 per hour Full time for 14 months
Our client is a large, and growing, specialist land-based College, with centres throughout Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Tees Valley.
They now have an exciting Apprentice opportunity where you will work as an Administrator in Student Services and achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Customer Care within 12 months.
Working with Student Services you will provide an exceptional level of service to learners and other stakeholders whilst co-ordinating and providing administrative support. Acting as a first contact for Student Services, you will provide a professional and effective reception provision whilst assisting with setting up college events and maintaining student records as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative. With an enthusiasm towards learning new skills and undertaking a relevant qualification, you will ideally have a Grade E or above in GCSE English and Maths, although this is not essential.
Please note: Our client is located in a small village on the outskirts of York and is not well serviced by public transport. Those wishing to undertake paid apprenticeships at the College must ensure that they are able to reliably travel to and from the College location on a daily basis. Those who do not have daily access to a private motor vehicle should ensure they have reliable means of getting to work and to the premises of the training provider (if different).
