Due to continued success, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Appointment Administrator to join their team in Skelmersdale.

The company are a fast-paced service provider and are seeking a candidate with experience of working within a sales and/or outbound calling role.

Working within a successful department which hosts a supportive team culture, the key purpose of this role is to contact consumers and arrange appointments on behalf of field based Agents.

Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience as an Appointment Maker and be confident in speaking to consumers, with the ability to also explain the process fully.

Responsibilities of the position include:

Tracking and recording of all activities by use of in-house system
Liaising with the sales team
Emailing appointment details to the relevant sales agent
Resolving customer queries
General administrative duties

In order to be considered for this role you will:

Demonstrate an exceptional telephone manner
Have strong administration skills
Have the confidence to liaise with clients at various levels
Have the ability to work as part a team
Be self motivated
Have excellent IT skills
Demonstrate the ability to achieve and exceed targets
Be able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

This is a full time position and due to the nature of the role candidates must be flexible with working hours as the shift patterns are working within the hours of 8.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and 1 Saturday in 4, 9am until 4.30pm.
