About the role

Customer Experience Advisor / Aftersales Advisor

Our Taggarts Business Development Centre based in Glasgow is leading the way within the automotive industry. You will be using multiple contact channels as preferred by customers - phone, email, live chat, SMS - whilst maintaining the high standards of quality, professionalism and premium customer experience expected by our Group and the Jaguar Land Rover brand.

You will have previous experience in the customer service or sales industry and have a positive energy and passion for providing great service and customer experience to represent our prestigious brand.

You will require a professional telephone manner and the drive to exceed customer satisfaction, commanding excellent communication skills to demonstrate a thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

This role is based within our Business Development Centre working as part of our Customer experience team.
