We are seeking to appoint a new member of our Docupoint Team. DocuPoint is the Department where all of the mail, photocopying, binding, scanning and all other general administration tasks for the organisastion are performed. The successful applicant will perform a variety of roles including reception duties, data entry, filing and archive management and distribution of post.
The role would suit someone with previous administrative or reception experience and who has the ability to demonstrate working in a busy environment along with good organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Based in our offices in Bromyard opening hours are 0830 to 1730 - hours of work will be variable between these times. We will consider job share opportunity ideally working 5 days a week mornings/afternoons on a rotational basis. For job share you must be flexible to cover periods of annual leave and sickness.
