Located within the heart of York City Centre with 48 years' experience this employer is the leading UK company specialising in escorted rail holidays.

You will be expected to work as a part of a team and undertake tasks that require you to work individually in order to fulfil set objectives .

To deliver first rate customer service to all potential and existing customers and to ensure that all elements of the service are delivered to a high quality and on time.

You will communicate and dispatch customer documentation with all Suppliers and Tour Managers etc. in an effective and efficient manner to ensure the products and services of the Company are delivered at the highest standard.

Proven experience of working in a customer service fast-paced environment.
Friendly and confident, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Confidently able to provide excellent customer service and with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrate an engaging and enthusiastic interest in travel and in particular the key unique selling points of our products and services.
Excellent verbal, written & IT communication skills including keyboard and Microsoft packages.
Strong influencing skills.
