Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a business based in Chapeltown, Sheffield who are looking to recruit an Administrator to join a very busy team on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience and will act as a support function for several departments.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain the site's records, files and databases
-Order and distribute site stationery requirements
-Act as general clerical resource for all departments
-Reception duties when required
-Answer all incoming calls and direct appropriately
-Filing, scanning, photocopying
-Typing documents

Key Skills:
-Excellent Microsoft skills including Excel
-Good Communicator
-Professional and punctual at all times
-2 years or more experience in an administration role
